COVID-19 Mask Mandate

COVID-19 mask requirements will lift in most indoor settings.

Starting June 11, 2022, many of the settings in which residents have had to wear masks for the last two years will no longer require them.

The government said individuals can continue to wear a mask after that date if they choose to do so.

As a community of believers we know our God is in control and we have nothing to fear, we have his peace that goes with us. I would encourage you to pray, pray for each other, pray for our country...in fact the world, pray for those who have contracted this deadly virus.

First Baptist Church Ingersoll sanctuary / place of worship is being closed to respect the provisions of the State of Emergency declared by Ontario Premier Ford.  This regards locations where meetings of 50 or more persons should be closed as a measure to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 corona virus. Therefore, we will be suspending Sunday services for the next two Sundays, with the hope of being together again Sunday April 5th, 2020.

The leadership team is currently working on alternate / virtual means of worship and fellowship on-line. The aim is to video record messages and post them on our facebook and website.  Let's also look for ways to support those around us, call, text or email a friend, a neighbour to make sure they are okay and have what they need ie food, medication(s), essentials, emotional support. If you know of someone in dire need and you are not able to help please contact me.
We know this will pass, lets keep trusting in our God who has proven time and time again to be faithful. He promised to never leave us nor forsake us.
